Conditions de participation au giveaway
Article 1 : Société Organisatrice
La Société Just For Games, 9 – 11 avenue Michelet, 93400 Saint-Ouen, organise un concours gratuit accessible sur la plateforme Twitter et sans obligation d’achat.
La Société Organisatrice informe expressément les participants, et les participants reconnaissent, en participant au Jeu, que Twitter ne parraine ni ne gère le Jeu de quelque façon que ce soit et que Twitter ne pourra en aucun cas être tenu responsable d’un quelconque dommage résultant de la gestion ou de l’organisation du concours. Les informations fournies par les participants dans le cadre de ce Jeu sont destinées à la Société Organisatrice et non à Twitter.
Article 2 : Annonce du Jeu
Le jeu se déroulera du 25 mai 2023 au 15 juin 2023 à 12h (midi) CET (ci-après « la Période du Jeu »).
Il sera annoncé à partir du 25 mai 2023 via une publication twitter.
Article 3 : Conditions relatives aux participants
Ce Jeu est ouvert à toute personne physique majeure ou mineure âgée de plus de 13 ans (à la date de participation au Jeu) résidant aux États-Unis, au Canada, au sein de l’Union européenne (Allemagne, Autriche, Belgique, Bulgarie, Chypre, Croatie, Danemark, Espagne, Estonie, Finlande, France, Grèce, Hongrie, Irlande, Italie, Lettonie, Lituanie, Luxembourg, Malte, Pays-Bas, Pologne, Portugal, République tchèque, Roumanie, Slovaquie, Slovénie et Suède), aux Royaumes-Unis ou bien en Suisse.
A l’exception de la Société Organisatrice, des points de vente et de leurs familles respectives, ainsi que de toute entité ayant participé directement ou indirectement à la conception, l’organisation, la réalisation et/ou la gestion du Jeu.
Pour participer, le mineur âgé de plus de treize (13) ans doit obtenir l’autorisation préalable écrite de ses représentants légaux, qui auront préalablement accepté le présent règlement.
La participation au Jeu d’un tel mineur fait présumer à la Société Organisatrice que celui-ci a obtenu l’autorisation écrite et préalable de ses représentants légaux. La Société Organisatrice se réserve le droit de demander que soit rapportée la preuve de l’autorisation des représentants légaux du mineur. La Société Organisatrice se réserve le droit d’annuler automatiquement la participation au Jeu du mineur en l’absence de justification de cette autorisation.
Article 4 : Modalités et conditions de participation
4.1. Modalités de participation
Pour participer au Jeu, il suffit à la personne intéressée, de :
– Posséder un compte Twitter et s’y connecter ou créer un compte Twitter
– Retweeter la publication du 25 mai 2023, concernant ce concours
– S’abonner aux comptes twitter officiel de Just For Games et de Bonus Level Entertainment
4.2. Désignation des gagnants
Le gagnant sera tiré au sort, parmi celles qui auront participé en respectant les conditions évoquées à l’article 4.1du présent règlement pour gagner le prix du concours
Une fois le Jeu arrivé à son terme, c’est-à-dire après le 15 juin 2023 : une (1) personne sera tirée au sort
(Tirage au sort prévu le 16 juin 2023) parmi celles qui auront participé en respectant les conditions évoquées à l’article 4.1 du présent règlement.
Les gagnants seront informés en fonction de leur participation au Jeu tel que détaillé au-dessus, par le biais d’un message privé et de la mention de leur compte twitter en commentaire de la publication relative au concours après le tirage au sort.
4.3. Charte de modération
Conformément à la Charte de modération détaillée ci-après, les participants s’interdisent de publier un contenu, de quelque nature que ce soit, qui serait :
➢ contraire ou susceptible d’être contraire à l’ordre public, aux bonnes mœurs ou aux lois et règlements en vigueur. A ce titre, sont interdites notamment, sans que cette liste soit limitative :
– des contributions à caractère violent, dénigrant, diffamatoire, illicite, obscène,
pornographique, pédophile
– des contributions à caractère politique ou incitant à la haine, à la violence, au suicide, ou autrement légalement répréhensible
– des contributions à caractère raciste, antisémite ou homophobe
– des contributions faisant l’apologie des crimes de guerre ou des crimes contre l’humanité,
– des contributions appelant au meurtre ou incitant à la commission d’un crime ou d’un délit,
– des contributions incitant à la discrimination ou à la haine,
– des contributions incitant à une consommation de substances interdites, d’alcool excessive, inappropriée, ou faisant l’apologie de l’ivresse,
– des contributions de nature à porter atteinte au respect de la personne humaine et de sa dignité, de son intégrité physique, de l’égalité entre les femmes et les hommes, de la protection des enfants et des adolescents,
– des liens renvoyant vers des sites extérieurs dont le contenu serait susceptible d’être contraire aux lois et règlements en vigueur en France,
– des contributions appelant au boycott,
➢ Serait injurieux, grossier, vulgaire.
➢ Porterait atteinte ou serait susceptible de porter atteinte aux droits des tiers et aux droits de la personnalité.
A ce titre, sont interdites, sans que cette liste soit limitative :
– les contributions reproduisant sans autorisation une œuvre ou une contribution protégée par des droits de propriété intellectuelle (marques, droits d’auteur et droits voisins), droits applicables aux bases de données,
– les contributions portant atteinte au droit à l’image, au droit au respect de la vie privée,
– les contributions portant atteinte à la protection des données personnelles d’un tiers,
Et plus généralement en contradiction avec toute autre disposition législative ou réglementaire en vigueur.
➢ Porterait atteinte ou serait susceptible de porter atteinte à la vie privée, l’image ou à la réputationd’une marque, d’un droit de propriété intellectuelle et/ou industrielle, d’un droit d’auteur, d’un droit d’un tiers, et plus généralement des droits d’une personne physique ou morale
Les spams, « junk mail » ou de « chainmail », les « trolls », « doublons », ou messages assimilés seront systématiquement supprimés.
Il est précisé que tous les textes et les photographies pourront être modérés a posteriori, c’est-à-dire qu’ils pourront être supprimés après leur mise en ligne sans autorisation ni information préalable des participants en cas de réclamation de tiers et/ou dès lors que les messages et les photographies concernés ne respecteraient pas la réglementation en vigueur, notre Charte et/ou les termes du présent règlement.
Article 5 : Dotations
5.1 : Définition des dotations et des paliers de dotation

5.2 : Précisions sur les dotations
Les dotations sont non modifiables, non échangeables et non remboursables.
La valeur des dotations est déterminée au moment de la rédaction du présent règlement et ne saurait faire l’objet d’une contestation quant à son évaluation.
Les présentes dotations ne peuvent faire l’objet d’une demande de contrepartie financière, d’échange ou de reprise, pour quelque raison que ce soit.
La Société Organisatrice se réserve la possibilité, si les circonstances l’exigent, de substituer, à tout moment, à la dotation, une dotation d’une valeur unitaire commerciale et de caractéristiques équivalentes.
Article 6 : Règlement
La participation au Jeu implique l’acceptation pleine et entière du présent règlement en toutes ses stipulations, des conditions d’utilisation de Twitter accessibles à l’adresse URL suivante « https://twitter.com/fr/tos#update », des règles de déontologie en vigueur sur Internet (charte de bonnes conduites, etc), ainsi que des lois et règlements en vigueur en France.
Il ne sera répondu à aucune demande (par courrier électronique ou par téléphone) concernant l’interprétation ou l’application du règlement, concernant les modalités et mécanismes du Jeu.
Article 7 : Non remboursement des frais de participation
Les frais de participation au Jeu quels qu’ils soient (frais d’affranchissement, frais de connexion internet…) ne sont pas remboursés par la Société Organisatrice.
Article 8 : Limite de responsabilité
8.1. La Société Organisatrice ne saurait être tenue responsable de problèmes inhérents à la connexion internet, communication téléphonique ou du mauvais acheminement du courrier ou de tout autre problème qui ne lui serait pas imputable et qui interviendrait pendant toute la durée du Jeu.
La Société Organisatrice met tout en œuvre pour offrir aux participants et maintenir des infrastructures, informations et outils fonctionnels et vérifiés.
Elle ne saurait toutefois être tenue responsable de la défaillance du matériel des participants (ordinateur, logiciels, outils de connexion internet, téléphone, serveurs…), de la perte de données susceptibles d’en résulter pour une cause non imputable à la Société Organisatrice et de l’incidence de ces défaillances sur leur participation au Jeu.
Il appartient donc à tout participant de prendre toutes les mesures appropriées de façon à protéger son matériel et les données stockées sur ses équipements (informatique et téléphonique) contre tout atteinte.
La participation au Jeu implique notamment la connaissance et l’acceptation des caractéristiques et des limites du réseau Internet, de l’absence de protection de certaines données contre des détournements éventuels ou piratage émanant de tiers et les risques de contamination par des éventuels virus circulants sur le réseau, ou de tout autre aléa lié aux services postaux.
8.2. Les participants acceptent que les données contenues dans les systèmes d’information de la Société Organisatrice aient force probante jusqu’à preuve du contraire, quant aux éléments de connexion et aux informations résultant d’un traitement informatique relatif au Jeu.
8.3. La Société Organisatrice s’engage à mettre tous les moyens en œuvre avec ses prestataires pour assurer le bon déroulement du Jeu. Néanmoins, si une défaillance technique survenait et affectait le bon déroulement du Jeu dans des conditions indépendantes de la volonté de la Société Organisatrice, cette dernière ne saurait être engagée à l’égard des participants.
8.4. Si les coordonnées d’un gagnant sont inexploitables ou si le gagnant ne peut être identifié ni par son nom, ni son adresse postale, ni son adresse électronique, ni son numéro de téléphone, il n’appartient pas à la Société Organisatrice d’effectuer des recherches complémentaires afin de retrouver le gagnant indisponible, qui ne recevra donc ni sa dotation, ni aucun dédommagement ou indemnité.
8.5. En cas de renonciation implicite ou expresse du gagnant à bénéficier de sa dotation, celle-ci sera conservée par la Société Organisatrice et pourra être utilisée dans le cadre d’une opération ultérieure, si la nature de la dotation le permet, et sans que la responsabilité de la Société Organisatrice ne puisse être engagée de ce fait.
Article 9 : Correspondances
Aucune correspondance ou demande de remboursement ne sera prise en compte.
Article 10 : Disqualification
Les participants autorisent toutes vérifications concernant leur identité, leur âge, leur domicile et leur téléphone dans le cadre du Jeu. Toute participation non conforme au présent règlement, incomplète ou avec des coordonnées erronées sera considérée comme nulle.
Toute fraude ou tentative de fraude, utilisation de robots ou de tout autre procédé similaire permettant de jouer au Jeu de façon mécanique et/ou d’augmenter ses chances de gain par tous moyens ou autre est proscrite.
La Société Organisatrice pourra ainsi exclure, suspendre et/ou annuler définitivement la participation d’un ou plusieurs participant(s) en cas de constatation d’un comportement suspect consistant notamment en la mise en place d’un système de réponses automatisé, la connexion de plusieurs personnes et de postes informatiques différents à partir du même profil de participation, un rythme de gains inhabituels, une tentative de forcer les serveurs des organisateurs, une multiplication des comptes, etc. Elle pourra alors ne pas attribuer les dotations aux participants concernés, au regard des informations en sa possession, et/ou poursuivre devant les juridictions compétentes les auteurs de ces fraudes.
La Société Organisatrice pourra également annuler tout ou partie du Jeu s’il apparaît que des fraudes sont intervenues sous quelque forme que ce soit, notamment de manière informatique dans le cadre de la participation au Jeu et/ou de la détermination des gagnants.
En cas de sanction ou de réclamation, il convient aux participants d’apporter la preuve qu’ils ont adopté un comportement conforme au présent règlement. La responsabilité de la Société Organisatrice ne pourra être engagée à ce titre.
Article 11 : Force majeure et modifications
La Société Organisatrice ne saurait encourir une quelconque responsabilité si, en cas de force majeure ou d’évènements indépendants de sa volonté ou si les circonstances l’exigent, elle était amenée à annuler le présent Jeu, à l’écourter, le proroger, le reporter, le suspendre ou à en modifier les conditions, sa responsabilité ne pouvant être engagée de ce fait.
Elle se réserve, dans tous les cas, la possibilité de prolonger la période de participation.
Article 12 : Exonération de responsabilité
La Société Organisatrice ne saurait être tenue responsable de tout défaut ou dysfonctionnement des dotations.
La Société Organisatrice décline toute responsabilité pour tous les incidents ou accidents qui pourraient survenir au(x) gagnant(s) pendant l’utilisation et/ou la jouissance des dotations.
Article 13 : Autorisation d’utilisation des noms, adresses et images des gagnants
Sous réserve d’avoir obtenu l’autorisation expresse du participant majeur ou des représentants légaux du participant mineur, la Société Organisatrice pourra utiliser, les nom, adresse, et photographie des gagnants, sans que cela leur confère un droit à rémunération, ou un avantage quelconque autre que la remise de leur dotation.
Les participants acceptent que la Société Organisatrice utilise leur tweet de participation au Jeu dans le strict cadre de la gestion du Jeu.
Article 14 : Droit applicable et Litiges
Le Jeu est soumis au droit français.
Tout litige concernant l’interprétation du règlement et/ou les cas non prévus par le présent règlement feront l’objet d’un règlement amiable. A défaut, il sera soumis aux juridictions du ressort de la Cour d’appel de Paris.
Article 15 : Protection des données à caractère personnel
La fourniture des données est obligatoire pour la participation au Jeu et la gestion des dotations. En effet, ces données sont nécessaires pour la bonne gestion du Jeu, l’attribution et la remise des dotations afin de respecter les obligations légales de la Société organisatrice découlant du présent règlement. Elles pourront être communiquées au(x) prestataire(s) de services et sous-traitant(s) auxquels la société organisatrice ferait éventuellement appel pour les besoins de l’organisation et ou de la gestion de Jeu.
Les données personnelles transmises par les participants font l’objet d’un traitement informatique pour les besoins de la gestion du Jeu et l’envoi des dotations éventuellement gagnées et sont destinées à la société Just For Games. Chaque participant dispose d’un droit d’accès, de rectification, de suppression des informations les concernant ainsi que du droit de définir des directives relatives au sort desdites données dans le cas où ils décéderaient et, du droit d’opposition lorsque le traitement est réalisé à des fins de prospection ou est fondé sur l’intérêt légitime en écrivant à Just For Games – France – 9-11 avenue Michelet – 93400 Saint-Ouen ou à l’adresse mail suivante : publishing@just-for-games.com
Conformément à la réglementation en vigueur, les données personnelles des participants sont conservées pendant la durée du jeu et ensuite archivées pendant cinq (5) ans pour se conformer aux obligations légales.
Pour les mineurs de moins de 15 ans, la Société Organisatrice se réserve le droit d’annuler automatiquement la participation au Jeu du mineur en l’absence de justification écrite de l’autorisation de ses représentants légaux acceptant la collecte de ses données personnelles.

Giveaway Terms and Conditions
Article 1: Organizing Company
Just For Games, located at 9-11 avenue Michelet, 93400 Saint-Ouen, is organizing a free contest accessible on the Twitter platform with no purchase necessary.
The Organizing Company expressly informs the participants, and the participants acknowledge, by participating in the Game, that Twitter does not sponsor or manage the Game in any way, and that Twitter cannot be held responsible for any damage resulting from the management or organization of the contest. The information provided by the participants in the context of this Game is intended for the Organizing Company and not for Twitter.
Article 2: Announcement of the Game
The game will take place from May 25, 2023, to June 15, 2023, at 12:00 PM (noon) CET (hereinafter referred to as “the Game Period”).
It will be announced starting from May 25, 2023, through a Twitter post.
Article 3: Participant Requirements
This Game is open to any natural person, whether of legal age or a minor over the age of 13 (at the time of participation in the Game), residing in the United States, Canada, the European Union (Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Sweden), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland.
With the exception of the Organizing Company, sales outlets, and their respective families, as well as any entity that has directly or indirectly participated in the design, organization, implementation, and/or management of the Game.
To participate, a minor over the age of thirteen (13) must obtain prior written authorization from their legal representatives, who must have previously accepted these regulations.
The Organizing Company assumes that the participation of such a minor in the Game implies that they have obtained the prior written authorization of their legal representatives. The Organizing Company reserves the right to request proof of authorization from the legal representatives of the minor. The Organizing Company reserves the right to automatically cancel the participation of a minor in the Game in the absence of proof of this authorization.
Article 4: Terms and Conditions of Participation
4.1. Participation Requirements
To participate in the Game, interested individuals must:
– Have a Twitter account and log in or create a Twitter account.
– Retweet the post from May 25, 2023, regarding this contest.
– Follow the official Twitter accounts of Just for Games and Bonus Level Entertainment.
4.2. Selection of Winners
The winner will be randomly selected from those who have participated in accordance with the conditions stated in Article 4.1 of these regulations to win the prize of the contest.
Once the Game has ended, i.e., after June 15, 2023, one (1) person will be randomly selected (draw to take place on June 16, 2023) from those who have participated in accordance with the conditions stated in Article 4.1 of these regulations.
The winners will be informed based on their participation in the Game as detailed above, through a private message and by mentioning their Twitter account in the comments of the contest post after the draw.
4.3. Moderation Policy
In accordance with the detailed Moderation Policy below, participants are prohibited from publishing any content, of any nature, that would be:
➢ Contrary or likely to be contrary to public order, morality, or current laws and regulations. In this regard, the following are prohibited, without limitation:
- Contributions of a violent, denigrating, defamatory, illegal, obscene, pornographic, or pedophilic nature.
- Contributions of a political nature or inciting hatred, violence, suicide, or otherwise legally reprehensible.
- Contributions of a racist, anti-Semitic, or homophobic nature.
- Contributions glorifying war crimes or crimes against humanity.
- Contributions calling for murder or inciting the commission of a crime or offense.
- Contributions inciting discrimination or hatred.
- Contributions inciting the consumption of prohibited substances, excessive or inappropriate alcohol consumption, or promoting drunkenness.
- Contributions that are likely to undermine respect for human dignity, physical integrity, equality between women and men, the protection of children and adolescents.
- Links to external sites whose content is likely to be contrary to French laws and regulations.
- Contributions calling for a boycott.
➢ Would be insulting, rude, or vulgar.
➢ Would infringe or be likely to infringe on the rights of third parties and personality rights.
In this regard, the following are prohibited, without limitation:
Contributions reproducing, without authorization, a work or contribution protected by intellectual property rights (trademarks, copyrights, neighboring rights), rights applicable to databases.
Contributions infringing on the right to image, the right to respect for privacy.

Spam, junk mail, chainmail, trolls, duplicates, or similar messages will be systematically deleted.
It is specified that all texts and photographs may be moderated after the fact, meaning that they may be deleted after being posted without prior authorization or notification to the participants in the event of a complaint from third parties and/or if the messages and photographs in question do not comply with current regulations, our Policy, and/or the terms of this regulation.
Article 5: Prizes

5.2: Details on Prizes
The prizes cannot be modified, exchanged, or refunded.
The value of the prizes is determined at the time of writing this regulation and shall not be subject to any challenge regarding its evaluation.
These prizes cannot be claimed for a financial counterpart, exchange, or redemption for any reason whatsoever.
The Organizing Company reserves the right, if circumstances require, to substitute, at any time, the prize with a prize of equivalent commercial value and characteristics.
Article 6: Regulation
Participation in the Game implies full and unconditional acceptance of these regulations, the terms of use of Twitter available at the following URL “https://twitter.com/fr/tos#update”, the ethics rules applicable on the Internet (code of conduct, etc.), as well as the laws and regulations in force in France.
No requests (by email or phone) regarding the interpretation or application of the regulations, or the details and mechanics of the Game, will be answered.
Article 7: Non-reimbursement of Participation Costs
Participation costs in the Game, regardless of their nature (postage fees, internet connection fees, etc.), will not be reimbursed by the Organizing Company.
Article 8: Limitation of Liability
8.1. The Organizing Company cannot be held responsible for problems related to internet connection, telephone communication, mail delivery, or any other problem that is beyond its control and occurs during the entire duration of the Game.
The Organizing Company makes every effort to provide participants with functional and verified infrastructure, information, and tools.
However, the Organizing Company cannot be held responsible for the failure of participants’ equipment (computers, software, internet connection tools, phones, servers), the loss of data resulting from causes not attributable to the Organizing Company, and the impact of these failures on their participation in the Game.
Therefore, it is the responsibility of each participant to take all appropriate measures to protect their equipment and the data stored on their devices (computers and phones) against any harm.
Participation in the Game implies the knowledge and acceptance of the characteristics and limitations of the Internet network, the absence of protection for certain data against possible misuse or hacking by third parties, and the risks of contamination by potential viruses circulating on the network, or any other hazards related to postal services.
8.2. Participants agree that the data contained in the information systems of the Organizing Company shall have evidentiary value until proven otherwise, regarding the connection elements and information resulting from computer processing related to the Game.
8.3. The Organizing Company undertakes to make every effort, together with its service providers, to ensure the smooth running of the Game. However, if a technical failure were to occur and affect the proper conduct of the Game under conditions beyond the control of the Organizing Company, the latter shall not be liable towards the participants.
8.4. If a winner’s contact information is unworkable or if the winner cannot be identified by name, postal address, email address, or phone number, it is not the responsibility of the Organizing Company to conduct further searches to find the unavailable winner, who will therefore not receive their prize, nor any compensation or indemnity.
8.5. In the event of an implicit or express waiver by the winner to benefit from their prize, it will be retained by the Organizing Company and may be used in a subsequent operation, if the nature of the prize allows, without the Organizing Company’s liability being engaged as a result.
Article 9: Correspondence
No correspondence or reimbursement requests will be considered.
Article 10: Disqualification
Participants authorize all verifications concerning their identity, age, domicile, and telephone number as part of the Game. Any participation that does not comply with these regulations, is incomplete, or has incorrect contact information will be considered null and void.
Any fraud or attempted fraud, use of robots or any other similar process allowing mechanical participation in the Game and/or increasing chances of winning by any means, is prohibited.
The Organizing Company may exclude, suspend, and/or definitively cancel the participation of one or more participant(s) in case of suspicion of suspicious behaviour, including the implementation of an automated response system, the connection of multiple individuals and different computer stations from the same participation profile, an unusual rate of winnings, an attempt to force the organizers’ servers, the multiplication of accounts, etc. In such cases, the Organizing Company may not award prizes to the concerned participants, based on the information available, and/or pursue legal action against the authors of such fraud.
The Organizing Company may also cancel all or part of the Game if it appears that fraud has occurred in any form, including computer-related fraud in relation to participation in the Game and/or the determination of winners.
In case of sanction or claim, participants must provide evidence that they have complied with these regulations. The responsibility of the Organizing Company cannot be engaged in this regard.
Article 11: Modifications
The Organizing Company shall not incur any liability if, in the event of force majeure or events beyond its control or if circumstances so require, it was to cancel, shorten, extend, postpone, suspend, or modify the Game, and its responsibility cannot be engaged as a result.
The Organizing Company reserves the right to extend the participation period in all cases.
Article 12: Liability Exemption
The Organizing Company cannot be held responsible for any defect or malfunction of the prizes.
The Organizing Company declines any responsibility for any incidents or accidents that may occur to the winner(s) during the use and/or enjoyment of the prizes.
Article 13: Authorization for the Use of Winners’ Names, Addresses, and Images
Subject to obtaining the express authorization of the adult participant or the legal representatives of the minor participant, the Organizing Company may use the names, addresses, and photographs of the winners, without granting them any right to remuneration or any other advantage other than the award of their prize.
Participants accept that the Organizing Company may use their participation tweet in the Game strictly for the management of the Game.
Article 14: Applicable Law and Disputes
The Game is subject to French law.
Any dispute concerning the interpretation of these regulations and/or cases not provided for by these regulations will be subject to amicable settlement. Failing that, it will be submitted to the competent courts of the Court of Appeal of Paris.
Article 15: Protection of Personal Data
The provision of data is mandatory for participation in the Game and the management of prizes. Indeed, this data is necessary for the proper management of the Game, the awarding and delivery of prizes to comply with the legal obligations of the Organizing Company arising from these regulations. They may be communicated to service provider(s) and subcontractor(s) that the organizing company may potentially use for the needs of the organization and/or management of the Game.
The personal data transmitted by the participants will be processed electronically for the needs of the Game’s management and the sending of any prizes won, and will be intended for Just For Games. Each participant has the right to access, rectify, delete their information, as well as the right to define directives concerning the fate of said data in the event of their death, and the right to object when the processing is carried out for prospecting purposes or is based on legitimate interest, by writing to Just For Games – France – 9-11 avenue Michelet – 93400 Saint-Ouen or to the following email address: publishing@just-for-games.com
In accordance with the applicable regulations, participants’ personal data will be kept for the duration of the Game and then archived for five (5) years to comply with legal obligations.
For minors under the age of 15, the Organizing Company reserves the right to automatically cancel the participation of the minor in the Game in the absence of a written justification of authorization from their legal representatives accepting the collection of their personal data.
